How are Fit TV workouts chosen/edited?

Hi Cathe,

I have seen some of your workouts on Fit TV, but not all of them--how are they choosen? I am also wondering who makes the editing decisions and if there is any way to figure out what has been cut for the television version. Knowing exactly what has been edited would be very helpful to me in making decisions about whether or not to purchase the DVD for the full workout.

Thanks,
Beth

Hi Beth,
I have a lot of Cathe's workouts taped from Fit tv, maybe I can help you out if you tell me which workouts you are wondering about. By the way I ended up purchasing almost all of the ones that I have taped. The workouts are just too good to miss out on anything!

Thanks Amy--two of the workouts in particular that I was wondering about are KPC and Push Pull. Others have told me some of the things missing from KPC, but I was hoping that maybe PP is shown closer to its entirety since it is only 45 minutes on the DVD version.

Thanks,
Beth

I taped alot of the work outs last year during the body challenge.I am glad that Cathe puts her videos on Fit TV.I got to know her workouts. I ended up buying all the ones I saw on there and more. KPC part of the warm up section is out and the final kick combo before the cool down. Its good when you first start out but like you are now you want the whole thing.

As far as I can tell, I looked at the list of exercises on Cathe's website, PP is completely there on Fit Tv. From what I can tell PP and Stretch Max are the only ones that are complete. Legs and Glutes is close, it's only missing one exercise, but I can't remember which one. Also 2 of the workouts on Coremax are complete and one is just missing one exercise. PUB has everything except the core work and it's missing 4 reps on one of the sets of triceps. Everything else is hacked up and like I said I ended up buying all of them. And it was worth it! I'm especially happy that I bought RS and SB!
Good luck!
Amy
