Hello Everybody--
Just wanted to post a happy update. I just received an email confirmation that my new DVDs have shipped!
I am so pleased to recognize SNM and Nancy in particular for great customer service over a very busy weekend. There was a problem with my preorder. I was pretty bummed about it last Friday night and even impatiently started a disgruntled thread about it here:

but over the weekend, things were resolved quickly and graciously. I just had to post a followup to express my appreciation to all on this forum who responded with commiseration and advice and to all the hard working folks in Cathe's customer service and shipping departments. You guys ROCK!
Hope everybody at Cathe.com gets some well-deserved R&R after this rush is over...while we Cathe fans enjoy these great new workouts!!
