Home equipment???

Hello ,
Does anyone have a portable weight bench? If so, what brand is it? I think I would prefer a bench rather than using the step as a bench. My second question is, does anyone have and use the Bowflex and do you see results with it?

I can't answer your first question, as we don't have a weight bench. But we DO have a Bowflex and when DH used to actually use it, he was in fabulous shape. I think the Bowflex is about as effective as any other universal gym out there, and it sure is easier to move around than those gyms with the big weight stacks. Weider makes a similar gym called Crossbow that looks like it would be just as good as Bowflex, and costs less. So you may want to consider that one too.
