Can you use your regular step instead of the high step in the High Step videos?

Yes, or a stool if sturdy...whatever works for you. We all had to use our regular step or a substitute for a long time before the powers that be finally put out a high step.

I used to before I had a high step topper: I just turn in lengthwise (you also have to have enough risers to get the right height for step-ups).
