Hi Jillybean,

I just downloaded your CTX 1 Rotation off of the fitness video fanatics website. It says that you lost two dress sizes doing this rotation...that's great!! Just wondering how long you did the rotation. Also, how long did you do the CTX 2 rotation and did you do something in between? I'm not fit enough to do the CTX 2 yet, but soon! Congratulations again!!

Crap, I don't even know what the CTX II rotation is!?! If it's the one with some Intensity Series workouts, then yes, I did do lots in between becuase I did the CTX rotation when I first got it, which was in Feb. of 2002, and then I did the CTX II rotation once the DVDs shipped, which was I think in January of 2003. I slowly worked my up to doing tougher Cathe’s and now I can’t imagine my life without working out at a higher intensity.

I was quite overweight when I began the CTX Rotation – and – I was only doing Firms and Kathy Smiths then, so once I started with Cathe, it was quite a shock to my metabolism and the weight just vanished. I was a size 13/14 in Feb of 2002. I did CTX every week and by Easter of that year, I was wearing all 9/10’s. Just yesterday I bought a pair of 7/8’s that fit! Just thought I’d give you some background. Have fun! I love CTX!
 
You've accomplished a lot and you should be proud!! I used to do Cathe workouts but have not worked out regularly for over one year and have put on about 15 pounds, also had a hysterectomy about 4 months ago. When I was into Cathe before I could complete her workouts (always a sense of accomplishment with that), but I am not back up to that level. I also ordered the intensity series, but it was a bit much. CTX is working great for me while I'm getting back up to speed. Can't wait to complete the Intensity Series!
