A big wave to you MaryKay. I love KPC. I make it a litle harder by adding weighted gloves. I haven't tried Tae Bo so I can't give you a comparison. I first found this workout to be challenging to the other kickbox workout of Cathe's, but I soon grew into enough to make it more intense. I also liked how Cathe explained the moves at the beginning of the tape. The workout itself is fun and it has good music with it. Time goes by very fast.
It is on the list to do today with the November rotation. I've been on the computer all morning! LOL (the ab work is the killer ;-) )
