hi cathe im new to this forum and working out in general. i have digital cable and i love your show on tv(i especially love the bootcamp episode) unfortunatly my mother doesnt like me working out so much and she wont allow me to get a membership to the local gym. any key tips on working out especially tips on possesing a nice set of abs like yours. :)

Hi Kyle! I don't want to come between you and your mother and I also don't know how much you are working out now, but please let your mom know that working out 3 to 4 times per week is very healthy for most people. Since the holidays are so close, maybe you could ask her for a holiday workout gift.

Until then, keep watching my show since there is a variety of workouts on there with form pointers to help you too. Coremax is on Fit TV too and that will focus on working your abs and core (by the way thank for the compliment too).
