I believe you've mentioned that doing a split routine with the weights works best for you? I could be wrong, I'm curious though. So you never find yourself looking very compact with the heavier weights and lower reps? I know your about the same height I'am. Just curious? Thank you.
 
Hi Mic! I change around a lot and don't always do heavy weight/low reps. Most of the time I am a 10 to 12 rep girl. If my diet isn't clean I can look very compact even with light weights. The key for me not to get too bulky (as in strong with a lot of water over my muscles) is in my diet.
