I was over at Best Buy today, cruising the fitness DVDS (Special Interest area, LOL), and the VHS ones, which are in a more respectable area. LOL

Anyway they have Taebo Ultimate on VHS and you can buy the tapes separately, 9.99 each.

thanks, after I read this last night I went straight to Best Buy and bought the Legs and Abs tape. I ordered the Buns videa a few days ago from overstock.com. Wish I would have waited and bought them all at Best Buy.

i had my husband buy me the four tapes for xmas. its good and not good i could have took all my taebo tapes and made my own.some days ill do the lower body and buns and your repeting yourself. and some times he does one leg and not the other so you have to rewind the tape and do the other leg. for 9.99 i wouldnt mind. its not a bad workout. you can also try powerstrike.com now that a good sweat and so is cathe cardokicks tapes she has 2

I have both Powerstrikes. They are nice but I don't feel winded afterwards.
