I read not long ago in this forum about doing a cycle of 3 days eating pattern in order to loose weight, the member was having trouble to loose some weight... it said how first day you eat certain amount of calories, then 2nd day a little bit more, and third, more, then start all over again, anyone have any idea what topic was that? pleeeeaasssseee!!!!
