Healthy Eathing Checking 8/2/05

Here we go with a daily checkin.

Got up and did cardio coach #4 today. Boy I could go back to bed now after that workout : )

B - oatmeal and water
S - cheese, walnuts
L - mac-n-cheese (I know not healthy)
S - protein bar
D - not sure since we have to go to the funeral home. Was planning on chicken but depending on what time we get home it may be different.

Glad to have the check in back again. Hope others join in.

Good Morning Rhonda and All,

Just finished my 200 walking lunges as I decided to do them before I ate anything to burn off more. Just did them behind our home with 15lb dumb bells. The burn was better than going up a mountain or has it just been too long since I did them last?
Anyhow, this is what I think I will be eating today:

Meal 1-Kashi High Protein Cereal mixed with 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
Meal 2-Yogurt w/walnuts plus cheese and grapes
Meal 3-Tunafish sandwich and garden salad plus 2 hardboiled eggs/pineapple
Meal 4-Protein Bar (I will be mowing so I need to grab something fast)
Meal 5-Roast Beef, green beans and cottage cheese
Meal 6-Protein Shake
Meal 7-Yogurt w/walnuts plus cheese

hey ladies!

breakfast: oatmeal and ww toast
lunch: not sure yet, but i am attempting 2 protein shakes today and no more starches until dinner. Wish me luck!

B - Protein Shake
S - Apple and cottage cheese
L - Spinach salad with chicken and balsamic vinegar
S - Plain yogurt with raspberries and splenda
D - Mahi Mahi with veggies and sweet potato
S - 1/4 cup of almonds
