Healthy (BFL) Eating Checkin 2/1/05

Hope everyone is doing well. I changed the name of the checkin since people are interested in eating healthy figured I would go back to that name again and keep BFL in the title.

This morning I did HIIT on the treadmill and I had an awesome workout.

B - cottage cheese w/yogurt, 1 nutrigrain blueberry waffle
S - cheese, lf triscuits
L - shrimp w/rice and cucumbers
S - BFL Bar
D - EFL recipe (can't remember the name)

Morning all!

B: ff waffles w/strawberry preserves and lean ham
S: ff cottage cheese w/ff yogurt
L: salad (spinach, tom, cuc, peppers, onion, chick peas, cheese & roast beef)with lite raspberry vinagrette
S: banana
D: vension burger, asparagus, pasta w/tomatoes
S: peanut butter on reduced fat triskets

I'm hoping to get some cardio on the treadmill during lunch and tonight I want to do PLB floorwork, PS triceps and some abwork.

Today is my second day on the new job... I may actually have to start working!

b - ww toast, Peanut butter, banana, soy milk
l - burrito, carrots
s - yogurt, peach
d - veggie burger on WW bun, side salad

tonight is cycling at the gym :)

Morning to all ! I just got done with Step Blast, boy am I sweaty :7 .

Breakfast-Yogurt Drink and a Banana, water

Snack-String cheese and a couple low fat ww crackers

Lunch-fruit salad, baby carrots and a ww tortilla

Snack-almonds

Dinner-Navy Bean soup, romaine salad
