Having a hard time..

adjusting to my 5 a.m workouts. I can get through SS but when it comes to Cathe, I am tripping over my step. I would LOVE to get my workout taken care of in the morning rather than waiting until I got home from work, but I don't want to cut down on the intesity level. Any tips would greatly appreciated!!
