Hardcore Rotation Checkin for Friday June 24

Hi Everyone,

This morning was CTX Biceps and Triceps and I did 10-10-10 aerobics from CTX. That's the first time I did these and I enjoyed the entire workout. All in all, I'd have to say I really liked CTX this week and was surpised that they made me sore. I guess it's cuz they're more endurance based and I haven't done that in a while. I will add that I really can't stand the music though. My husband walked thru and said it sounded like Pac Man music. I really like the music on the the newer series.

I'm so glad it's Friday!! I need to rest my foot this weekend, as it seems to get worse at the end of the week after being on it all week at work running around. I'm gonna go ice it right now.

Have great workouts and enjoy the nice weather if you're in the Northeast. We don't usually get weather like this and yesterday it was gorgeous, 83 and sunny with no humidity and today it's gonna be 90 and clear again. Love this weather. Too bad I have to be at work inside.
 
Hi Ladies,

Yesterday I got a 6.5 mile run in. I wanted to do weights, but did not get to it. Today I plan on doing a KPC/L&G premix. I am so glad it is almost the weekend..

Morning ladies,

My workout changed a little yesterday. I did Body Max for about 45 minutes (what a sweaty workout!). My kids and DH wanted to go for a bike ride so we went for 30 minutes and then we decided to go swimming last night for 1 1/2 hours. It was fun. My MIL and FIL went too. The water was nice and cooling in our 96 degree hot and humid day.

Today I have a 45 minute interval run (I have a hard time running for very long, so we will see how it goes) and a flexability workout of choice.
