Last Night Muscle Max Saved My Life
Morning Maniacs!!
So last weekend (well, MY weekend sun/mon) I got my full training in just two days and took a few days off. Didn't time properly as there's a huge convention this weekend that Im doing fri/sat/sun so I knew I wouldn't be able to train.. Im a cancer.. and a moonchild.. AND undergoing crazy fatigue the past few months so there's just no way Im going to want to train

I knew today Id be there the longest and I was bummed that I might not ge tto trian (or do ANYTHING for that matter) all weekend so I was debating doing a TBW.. thought about it the other night "what would I do??".. Im so used to intense that I don't like the idea of TBW for myself.
However around 9:15 last night I broke out MM.. was so stiff fro mthe day I didn't think Id be able to come up with a good routine myself (that didnt take an hour to prepare) so I pulled out MM.
Just did the weight work (not Ab's) and used heavier weights than Cathe on most of the exercises. I found the circuit style was, ahem,
very exhausting.. I had to pause the video just to huff and puff!
Now I used to love this DVD, but in the past I just did a split upper body with it and did it twice for more intensity.. Ive never done it all the way through with little rest! (I did have to pause it to res more as some of the weights I used, particularily on the legs were quite heavy-- I didn't realize that she was gpoing to do 4/4 and low ends lol!!)
Anyway, although I don't feel like I'll be feelin' it much as it was lighter intensity on most of the bodyparts.. I AM glad I did somehting that I won't have to worry about training for a good two days now.. which takes me through the convention

..Now I just have to figure out how Im going to EAT.. I must've had 5 mini kitkats yesterday and a couple mini hersheys

(that was the only food and Im on a low-sugar diet!!).. that will be my cheat til the holidays!
So I raved about how good of a TBW MM is when you're pushed for time and exhausted.. just increase the weights if you want to keep it heavy an intense (skip a rep or so)..
Thanks for listening hehe
Happy Workouts!!
