Wow July. Scary how fast time is going.

This morning was a bit interesting. I started my workout doing RAW Kickboxing #12 which I think was 4 or 5 on her other streaming channel but I love this one and was having a great workout. About half way through my husband came in and said that we could get an electric lawn mower for my mom's house for $110. Sounds too good to be true and we should have known better. I purchased but luckily with Paypal so I'm hoping they don't let the transaction go though. When I purchased it I received the confirmation email from a weird vendor with Chinese writing. It was supposed to be through Wayfair, that's where we thought we purchased it from. Anyways, I went on Paypal and tried to cancel the transaction but of course it's not that easy. So I went through the steps I needed to to open a ticket! Oh brother. Why can't they just have a "cancel" on a transaction is beyond me. Why is it so hard to cancel fraud?????

So then I did the rest of the workout but I don't have an accurate reading of the workout. No worries, I had a great workout.

Diane - weird on that claustrophobic thing, they probably have to ask that for when you have an MRI. Some people just don't like being in those machines. Are you having another MRI? Great job on your workout!!

I got a new laptop and have been setting up everything today. This morning I did CDorner Fast Basic Step & Abs, 62 minutes, 4,692 steps, 319 calories, heart rate 124/155. I accidentally pushed yoga so I just stopped after13 minutes and did the rest with cardio setting and added it together. I was wondering why I was so low at first.

Belinda, nice work on JS Total Body Circuit and 2 hours of dance.

Debbie, good job on Raw Kickboxing #12 even if you had to split it dealing with the purchase and paypal. Those things can look so legit. Good you realized it was not what it appeared to be.
 
Debbie I feel your pain with trying to cancel that they do not make it easy!!

This morning I did RAW Box, Band and Abs. I was hoping Kelly would put this one on her YT channel and she finally did a couple days ago. I love this workout.

Tabata Style: 30 seconds on/10 seconds off

Boxing Drill: 1.5# Egg Weights
Squat Pulse w/Band: Purple Cloth Band (heaviest band I have)
Abs: Seated Knee Pulls

Boxing Drill
: 1.5# Egg Weights
Squat Out w/Band: Purple Cloth Band
Abs: Reverse Curls

Boxing Drill
: 1.5# Egg Weights
Firewalkers: Green Elastic Band
Abs: Plank Knee-In: I did Russian Twists w/8# med ball

Total workout was 42 minutes, burned 333 calories, did 2643 steps and HR was 140/185.

Belinda - Wow, 2 hours of dance!! You must have been wiped out! That's a lot, great job!!

Diane - Great job with you workout. We haven't gotten a refund and Paypal said they couldn't help us because we authorized the payment. Well duh. We didn't know it was fraud until it was too late. Unreal. People should go to jail if they rip people off like that. It's not right.

Today I tried out Lift Move and Restore 2 Elevate that I downloaded last night. I did some modifications and went way lower in weights. Since I plugged my external drive into my blu-ray player to play it, it does not let me forward fast and if I push to go back it takes me to a totally different workout. I did 13 minutes and then started over so repeated the first part. It should be 41 minutes, but took me 56 minutes,216 calories, heart rate 105/139. I like that it was just 10 reps for most of the moves and not fast paced.

Debbie - great job on your workout today. One is a beginner was a slower base, lots of techniques. She really breaks the moves down. The 2nd class was intermediate/advanced. Not a lot of breakdown, it’s more dancing. Which I really enjoy. Not to mention they are so fun. Nobody can see me in my basement except Sadie, lol.

Diane - great job on your workout today. I almost did that one too. I figured I don’t need to push myself so hard every day.

Today I did the Ripped Hiit Lift It, Hit It Back, Bi's & Shoulders and had an excellent workout. This one us tough and she goes a bit too fast for me, but I kept up. I skipped a few exercises due to time but still had a great workout.

MIA due to the fact that I have a whole house of company from Cape Cod, my husband's sister and family and I have had NO time to post! I have been getting in some workouts but nothing like I had hoped. They leave Friday evening so hopefully things get back to normal this weekend. Also, my son is home now and works in my gymroom so I have to get into a routine with him, so I do not disturb him while he is working.

Monday- Walk 4 miles
Tuesday- STS Meso 2 Disc #15 Back and Biceps
Wed.- Rest Day
Today- Beach Walk- 3.2 miles with my relatives so it was slow because they are older.
Friday- Hopefully STS Disc #13 Chest, Shoulders and Triceps.

I went back to STS because I see the most gains when I do this program.

I need to go back and read all of your posts, I just do not have time till this weekend. Great job everyone getting in your workouts and I hope you all have a great and safe Fourth of July!

Today I did Gloved Up and Sweaty,41 minutes, heart rate 124/155, 214 calories, 2,979 steps. I followed with CDorner Chair stretch for upper body 19 minutes, 41 calories. Total time 60 minutes, 255 calories. I did not do the low impact burpees though. Not sure that is a good move for my back.

Belinda, nice work on getting in a live dance workout today and the dance class yesterday. I did not really push myself on the weights yesterday. I just wanted to see how the workout was and I did fine with it. Not terribly sore today. I am doing okay. I felt so tired today though and just dragging through everything. I need to get to bed. We are going to my daughters for the 4th of July celebration.

Debbie, great job on Ripped With Hiit Back, BIceps, and Shoulders today.

Jolie, good job getting in some workouts while having guests this week.
 
HAPPY 4TH OF JULY everyone! This morning I did 4DS Kickboxing and Heavy Legs & Core. Had a GREAT workout! I wasn't going to do the kickboxing one, I just started with the warmup and the warmup was so fun I decided to do the whole thing. Glad I did, it was fun and it's been a long time since I've done a Cathe kickboxing workout. I did almost all of the Heavy Leg workout, not sure why it's called that, it's not that type of workout. But it was good nonetheless.

Legs & Core
Squats
(warmup) - 20# Barbell - tons of reps and counts
Front Squats w/Wedge - 25# Dumbbell - 2 sets/12 reps (I did 3 sets)
Barbell Deadlifts - 25's - 2 sets/8 reps (I did 3 sets)
Alternating Dumbbell Plie Squats - 25# - 2 sets/16 reps
Leg Press - 15# - 2 sets/12 reps each side (I did Cross-Back Lunges)
Low Plain Lunges - Skipped
Leg Press w/Ankle Wts - Skipped
Seated Step Outs w/Band - Green Band (great burn!)
Squats - Skipped
Core - Skipped

Great cool down too. Total workout was 1 hr. 4 minutes, burned 363 calories, HR was 123/157.

Hi all. I just wanted to ask for prayers for my brother, Jim. He is having open heart surgery on Monday and he needs all the prayers he can get for a successful surgery and quick recovery. I would appreciate it. I don't know what I would do with out him.

No workout today. Yesterday I did a short workout CDorner Step Class Intense Step #345, 20 minutes, 119 calories, heart rate 126/152, 2,326 steps. I followed with CDorner Day 3 mobility challenge lower body stretch, 15 minutes, 40 calories. Just a quick 4th workout.
My son and his wife came over today to help clear our dryer vent that vents out the roof. We went out to dinner afterward. They brought over their dog that was always Gerties playmate.

Monday (today)- 3 mile walk with the pup

I have new floors going in starting Wednesday so I am not sure what my workouts will be this week due to work men here till Friday. I hope to get in a weight workout tomorrow and then over the weekend if the work is finished.
