Today I did Gloved Up and Sweaty,41 minutes, heart rate 124/155, 214 calories, 2,979 steps. I followed with CDorner Chair stretch for upper body 19 minutes, 41 calories. Total time 60 minutes, 255 calories. I did not do the low impact burpees though. Not sure that is a good move for my back.
Belinda, nice work on getting in a live dance workout today and the dance class yesterday. I did not really push myself on the weights yesterday. I just wanted to see how the workout was and I did fine with it. Not terribly sore today. I am doing okay. I felt so tired today though and just dragging through everything. I need to get to bed. We are going to my daughters for the 4th of July celebration.
