I did my workout. Loaded up Christmas presents and the cameras
This morning I did Tracey's Hi/Lo Med Ball workout then my strength A part of my rotation.
I did't go as heavy on some of the moves today. I think I did plenty yesterday with the two kettlebell workouts
I burned 385 calories doing Tracy's workout. Total calories today was 724 55% fat and Max hr was 145.
Workout was a little different order because I used two dvd players;
I started with Butts and Guts Firewalkers with the purple band
Butts and Guts stability ball hamstring roll ins
my own dumbbell reverse lunge off of the step 3x8reps 20's
Slow and Heavy
seated overhead press adding an extra set for 1x8reps 20's, 2x8reps 15's
dumbbell deadlift 3x8reps 35's
dumbbell rows 1x8reps 25's 2x8reps 20's
Butts and Guts
sit and stand 65" barbell
bonus leg press 2x16reps left and right 15's
stability ball glute squeeze no weight
bonus stability ball abs
stretch

I definitely needed to get in my workout. I know I will be enjoying some Christmas goodies today
