STS Meso 2 week 2 and I worked
Chest and Triceps. I had an excellent workout. I really want to purchase the tower Cathe has, if she still sells them. I wish I had a bench where I could use a barbell, I could go heavier with a barbell. I am going to check into it to see how much they are.

Incline Dumbbell Bench Press Warmup: 15's - 2 set/12 reps
Incline Barbell Bench Press: 25's - 12/10/8 reps
Incline Barbell Bench Press - Back off set: 20's/16 reps
Incline Dumbbell Flie w/Rotation: 20's - 12/10/8 reps
Incline Dumbbell Flie w/Rotation - Back off set: 16's/18 reps
Flat Barbell Bench Press: 25's - 12/10/8 reps
Flat Barbell Bench Press - Back off set: 20's 14 reps
TRICEPS
Lying Barbell Triceps Extensions: 32# - 12/10/8 reps
Lying Barbell Triceps Extensions - Back off set: 20# 18 reps
Close Grip Barbell Press: 45# - 12 reps
Close Grip Barbell Press: 40# - 10/8 reps
Close Grip BB Pres - Back off set: 22# - 20 reps
Single Arm Kickbacks: 10# - 12/10/8 reps
Double Arm Kickbacks - Back off set: 5's - 20 reps
Workout was 50 minutes, burned 216 calories. HR was 101/139.
No time for personals but great job with your workouts everyone!! I had a great weekend and a great week off. Now I'm back at work.
