Today I did CL# 536 Warrior Workout. Very sweaty workout, got my HR up. DH did that one too, he also liked it.

Diane - Raw Upper Body & Abs and youtube spine and back stretch and the foam rolling portion for upper LMR. I think you would like the yoga/stretch.

Today I did Jessica Smith Walk Strong 3 Lower Body, 33 minutes, 99 calories, heart rate 90/122. I followed with WS 3 Boogie IT 30 minutes, 196 calories, heart rate 138/184, 3,173 steps, and ended with JS Gentle Yoga knees and hips + a little of another JS stretch, 29 minutes, 58 calories. Total time 92 minutes, 353 calories. I did the weights for legs and lowered the weights from what I have used in the past. I used 20# before and I know my hip would not take that right now. I just need to strengthen and build bone.

Belinda, nice work on CL 536 Warrior Workout. That is great that your husband did it too. I need to try CL again. She has a lot more workouts than the last time I signed up. On the LMR Yoga, I think I only did all of it one time. I usually just do one of the timesavers. The Bonus is just a very relaxed yoga with yoga blocks which feels nice too and helps my spine feel better.

I went for a long walk outside today.

Diane - nice job Jessica Smith Walk Strong 3 Lower Body + WS 3 Boogie IT 30 minutes plus JS Gentle Yoga knees and hips and another JS. That’s a lot of workouts! WTG! So far, I enjoy CL. I started with her newest/latest workouts. I will give the Bonus yoga a try, I like the relaxed yoga.

I took the entire weekend off and I feel really good today. My feet have been sore and I needed to give them a break. Just a short walk this morning, I have a repair man coming first thing this morning to repair my refrigerator.

This morning I did STS Meso 2 week 2 and I worked Chest and Triceps. I had an excellent workout. I really want to purchase the tower Cathe has, if she still sells them. I wish I had a bench where I could use a barbell, I could go heavier with a barbell. I am going to check into it to see how much they are.

Today I did LMR Upper Body, 49 minutes, 132 calories and LMR Functional Pilates foam roller premix, 22 minutes, 45 calories. Total time 71 minutes, 177 calories. My arthritis doctor changed my appointment for earlier so May 21 instead of 30th. I messaged him because I had not told him how the blood pressure lowered stopping the med and saw that it had been cancelled. I guess he had something else to do that Friday and it is his half day. Still waiting on my Bone density scan.

Belinda, nice job on the long walk yesterday, It has been raining a lot here. If I had Cathe Live I would be starting with the newer ones as well.

Jolie, those rests can sure make a difference. Nice work on the walk.

Debbie. great job on STS Meso 2 Chest and Triceps. The original fit tower had add ons to hold a barbell. I never lift heavy enough to really need to use it. If I remember right when I bought my dh a bench that had the leg extension set up and place to hold the barbell it cost me around 150 dollars. I guess that was a few years ago though. We gave it to our son in law when we moved. Now my husband just does stuff with dumbbells.

Today I did CL# 534 Rock Your Total Body. This one had a lot of ab work and cardio factor. Noting to crazy. Cathe shows a lot of modifications.

Diane - great job on LMR Upper Body and LMR Functional Pilates foam roller premix. I am still tired from my long walk, lol. I think you would like Cathe Live. I am working my was from top to bottom, lol.

Debbie - great job on STS Meso 2 Chest and Triceps.

Jolie - glad you listen to your body and took a break. I should do it too.

Today I had an excellent workout. I did Cathe's STS Meso 2 Disc #22, Chest/Shoulders/Triceps. This is in a Drop Set format and I really like this type of workout. First of all, the workout goes by quickly and second, they really burn the muscle really good. Thursday, I have the last workout in this meso and I might repeat doing it since I really enjoyed the workouts and the results. lf I decide to not repeat it I may do Meso 1.

Debbie, did you get rid of your bench press equipment that you used to use? The fit tower looks really good because it looks like it doesn't take up much space.

Great job on the workouts everyone! We are going to be looking good for summer this year!

This morning I did RAW Kickbox #2 and then got on my treadmill for a 1 mile walk. Had a great workout. I didn't sleep well so this really woke me up.

Workout was 50 minutes, burned 446 calories, did 5483 steps and HR was 145/166.

Jolie - Yes, I sold my awesome bench because I needed more room in my workout room plus I was getting hurt lifting heavy so thought I should just give it up. I'm regretting it now.

I'm so sorry I don't have time for personals again. This is my crazy time at work. I'm hoping to settle down a bit next week. Great workouts everyone!!

Today I did CDorner 80's Basic Step Aerobics that I did a week ago and it stopped before the end. This time I got to do the whole thing, 33 minutes, heart rate 133/158, 208 calories, 3,183 steps. I also did LMR functional Core Fusion, 32 minutes, 110 calories. Total time 65 minutes, 318 calories.

Belinda, nice work on the zoom class today.

Debbie, good job on Raw Kickbox #2 and the treadmill. Is that the outdoor Kickbox in the driveway or am I thinking of another one?

Jolie, great job on Cathe's STS Meso 2 Disc #22, Chest/Shoulders/Triceps. I like drop sets too.

Roselyn, nice work on max day 17 included hamstrings/glutes and some added triceps.
 
This morning I did STS Meso 2, Week 2, Back and Biceps and had a great workout. I changed some of the exercises because this is over an hour and Cathe does a lot of single body part exercises. So I did something different.

These have back-off sets. 1 minute rest between each set

BACK
Warmup with Lat pulldowns, T-Pull and Y's
Wide Grip Chin Ups: I did T-Bar Rows: 40# 3 sets/12 reps
Barbell Rows: 40# - 12/10/8 reps
Back off set: 30# - 20 reps
One Arm Horizontal Dumbbell Row: 25# - 12/10/8 reps
Back off set: 12's - 12 reps (here I did double arms)
One -Leg Deadlifts: Skipped

BICEPS
Barbell Curls: 31# - 12/10/8 reps
Back off set: 20# - 16 reps
Seated Alternate Dumbbell Curls w/Twist: 16's - 12/10/8 reps
Back off set: 10's - 20 reps
Hammer Curls: 16's - 12/10/8 reps (Cathe does Concentration Curls)
Back off set: 10's - 14 reps

Workout was 48 minutes, burned 237 calories and HR was 108/144.

Diane - Glad you were able to do that entire 80's workout. I love workouts with 80's music in it. I wish Kelly would do more like that. No, the KB workout I did yesterday wasn't outside. This one was wit Caitlyn in Kelly's basement. It's a good one.

Roselyn - Are you still doing Caroline's workouts?

Today I did Lift Move and Restore Functional Barre with the bonus upper foam roller, 64 minutes, 207 calories.

Roselyn, nice work on Sprint Intervals with Michelle Breihler.

Debbie, great job on STS Meso 2 Back and Biceps today. Hammer curls are better than concentration curls. They hurt my elbows and it never feels like I am getting them straight.

Belinda, nice job on CL 533 Total Body Fit Mix.
