Hardcore extreme has three workouts, called premix 1, 2 and 3 (71, 73 and 69 minutes respectively).
The first combines Imax3 and High Step Challenge. The first time I did it I felt like I was spending all of my time moving equipment...switching between high step and regular step, moving risers, grabbing weights, etc. I was incredibly frustrated. Now that I've done it a few times, I absolutely love it! It includes all body parts but you can easily do weights for either upper or lower body the following day.
The second premix combines Imax3 with LowMax. It's definitely an endurance workout. There are no weights, but your legs may be shaky after you finish.
The third premix combines Imax3 and KickMax. If you enjoy kickboxing this is a very fun workout.
I really enjoy Hardcore extreme, I just don't have the time to do it as frequently as I'd like to.
