okay..this is my question for the day....i really want to build muscles in my legs, but i can not lift more than 70 lbs over my head...i have been doing slow and heavy and i do the pre exausting sets, but i still want to lift heavier than 70 lbs. any ideas? can lift more than that using the bun and high rocker or any other type of home machine?
