Great Results with November Rotation

I just had to quickly share what great results I had with the Circuit Rotation. I modified it somewhat but kept all my workouts focused on circuit training....well, I had really great results. For about 6 months I have been wondering how to tone up a bit without having to change my eating habits drastically (I love chocolate far to much to give it up even for one day). I'm 5'7 and about 125 pounds (small bones) but I had that fat on my hips and around my waist that just didn't look good. After a month of the circuit training I've noticed a really nice diffence through my hips, thighs and waist. A lot more toned and less "flabby" looking. All those circuits must have shocked my problem areas!!!!

Just thought I would share in case anyone was thinking of doing the circuit rotations.

I carry my weight in the same spot. I only want to lose about 5-8 pounds. What is the make-up of the rotation?

BTW, congrats on your success!

I always take Sunday off but other days I took off were because I had felt a cold coming on and wasn't feeling all that great.
If I were to do it again. I would have added more bootcamp at the beginning but this is just what I followed.
