Couldn't sleep last night and watched part of an infomercial for Grace Lazenby. I tried to get on Video Fitness to see what the consensus was on her and her workouts but, for some reason, it isn't available tonight. I got a little info on two of her videos: All the Right Moves and The Next Level from Amazon. Does anyone have them and use those videos or others by her? Are they effective? I'm always looking for something new to turn my exercise crank.
