I didn't wake up today for my workout again. I couldn't fall asleep last night, just thinking of work stuff, so I was too tired this morning. I plan on jogging with Ella after work for cardio, then doing the legs portion of 4DS when DH comes home.
Robin - Brief synopsis of case going to trial. A former executive is suing the company we represent b/c he says he didn't get to exercise his stock options when he wanted (we couldn't let him exercise when he says he wanted to b/c it would have violated SEC rules). He made millions on his options, but justs wants to make more millions. However, his contract specifically states that we don't have to allow him to exercise if it was illegal. It is pretty complicated b/c there is not clear law on this stuff, but that makes it more fun. If it was straightforward, it probably wouldn't be going to trial.
