Fuse dance

I have it and enjoy it. I'd says it is intermediate - definitely not Cathe league - but good for a lighter workout day. The instructor's directions are clear, and the choreography is easy. One of the workouts is dance and the other has toning with low weights with high reps. Hope it helps.

BTW, other than Cathe's turbo barre, my favorite barre ones are Ballet Body. They are challenging.
