If you all want a fun, intense step workout, try the following: LIS on 8 inches, immediately follow with Imax 3 step only premix, staying on an 8 inch platform. Fun and Intense.

Actually if you link the LoMax and IMAX3 step only premixes together you get a pretty good workout (especially if you stay on the 8 inches for the IMAX3 step portion as well). Also, you can intensify some of the moves in LoMax or IMAX3 step portions (putting lifts and jumps in, going over the board instead of tripling, etc.) and have yourself a great steady state step workout that is fun and comes in at just under an hour.
 
another great idea! I'll have to try that one. Isn't it great having Cathe on DVD? The possibilities are endless! BTW, I was short on time today, so I did SB warm up, challenge, and KM blasts with stretch. It was about 45 minutes. Have fun everyone!
