I just tried the chocolate cinnamon version...They are so good! They taste like fudge pops. I can't believe how good these are. I couldn't eat all 6 in one sitting, but I will eat the rest later tonight.

I have a carton of egg whites in the fridge just waiting...but I gotta tell you, I'm afraid not to actually "cook" them. Please assure me that these are safe to eat, as I will definitely make a batch soon.

Don't use egg whites from whole raw eggs. Egg whites sold in cartons are pasteurized.
The woman that posted the recipe eats them every night.
I just finished the last 3. I ate 3 earlier, with no tummy upset.

Those look easy and delicious!

I just made egg-white "muffins" with grated zucchini, spinach, and a little tomato. I popped a half a Laughing Cow wedge into each one too....just 'cause.

So now I'm looking for other wonderful uses for that muffin tin...thanks for posting!
