freeze issue

My husband bought me these for Christmas...I won't be able to find out until after Christmas if there is a freeze issue with my DVDs. Would it be a problem to wait until after Christmas to report if their is a problem? He is a stickler about me seeing presents before hand...

Our investigation into why some players are having a freeze issue is just beginning, but we wanted to give you an update on what we know so far. We have been consulting experts from SONY (our duplicator) and Telenium (the company we use to film and author our DVDs) about the problem with freezing that several of you have reported.

... Once we have identified what caused this problem we will have new discs made and will replace any disc that is not working the way it should. We again apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and will keep you updated.
 
Hi Marla! As long as you ordered through us, you can contact us for your replacement set at any time if need be. If you ordered through another vendor, you will need to contact them for your replacement. We will also be shipping replacements to our other vendors once we receive the corrected batch.
