free video with step purchase?

Has anyone heard of this or seen this? I have a friend in the Houston area that bought a step at a local sporting goods store and got a free Cathe video in the box. The free video was Cross Train Express' All Step. She said the the sound was very muffled, and the quality was grainy. She knows that I'm a huge Cathe fan and wanted to know if all of her videos were like his. I said "absolutely not!" Cathe's videos are always great quality. I'm wondering if it is a bootleg copy and if Step N Motion is aware of this "promotion." Has anyone heard anything about this?

Yeah, it is All Step that comes with the step and the quality is exceptionaly crappy. I gave mine away I just could not stand it!! Not the same as buying from Cathe. They appear the same though, so got me....
