? FOR THOSE THAT USE SPARK PEOPLE

i just signed up but i am having an issue figuring out the exercise section. how do you post your strength workouts?they show a list of exercises but i mostly do videos for it. do you count it as circuits or do you go through the list and post the exercises/add your own deal? it jsut seems easier for me to post circuit traning but that won't really get me a good calorie count guestimate. i hate to go through it but if i have just wondering how you all handle it.

its been working great for the food part though. real easy to look up and add the foods.

Alas, the strength and weight section of Sparkpeople is really time-consuming to fill in, so I usually don't. I'm really more interested in it for the calorie counting and nutritional data--which they do very well.

LOL as i noticed. if i really KNEW what tape i would be doing that day i could fill out but somedays i don't always stick with the plan. i am thinking of still using the cardio though and MAYBE put circuit in b/c i am not really working heavy right now b/c of my back again,and then again most videos really don't give you that long break for it to be heavy lifting. well at least the ones i have LOL.
thanks for the input. i didn't want to slack on keeping a record right now but i really need to work on eating more. exercise has never been an issue to keep up with,its really watching how MUCH i eat.
