?? for Spinners

I'm so excited. I love my new spin bike my DH got me for my Bday. It's a Bladez Velepro $699 reduced to $284. I would loved to have purchased a higher end....StarTrac or Lemond Revmaster, but I'm hoping this one will serve me well. It has a belt driven, 40 lb fly wheel and the seat and handlebars are fully adjustable up/dwn, forward and back. It also has the elbow pads on the handlebars. DH and I put it together in about 15 minutes. Contrary to the negative reviews, it seems to be very solid. It's so smooth, I cant wait to try my Cathe workouts.

I have Cathe's three spin workouts. So.....which one should I start with?

Off to get out my padded road shorts!!!!..... And to list my old Lifecycle on Craigslist.

Agree with the advise gratefuldog gave you. Pick one and do what you can, go easier on the tension while you are learning. The songs in Pedal Power are shorter in length, so it my be a good one to start with.

It's my favorite only because the songs are shorter! LOL
