I saw you had posted the M&F Hers 8 week rotation and was wondering if you give me more details on how you incorporated the Cathe workouts in the mix. It seemed a little overwhelming when I was trying to figure it out but looks like a great rotation once I get the swing of what I need to do. Could you help w/a few examples of what you did?
