Flex Train Review: Cathe works every body part with medium weights and high reps in Flex Train. Lower body moves include sumo squats, lunges, sliding disc lunges & fire walker skaters. The lower body moves are often paired with upper body moves such as bicep curls and shoulder presses (I skipped the overhead presses as I have a right shoulder issue at this time, but easily substituted with bicep curls or something else). Upper body moves also include heavy back rows, band seated rows, endless push-ups (not unusual for the push-up Queen), tricep dips & kickbacks, lateral raises, front raises, and more. There is also a 5 minute core section at the end. There is no calf work and I would have liked some chest flys or bench presses in addition to the push-ups, but otherwise I felt well worked out. Cathe looks like she's having fun in Flex Train and she makes some jokes along the way..."how many was that Cedie? What? Only 6?" :). Enjoy!
