I want to start supplementing with one of these... but what's the difference .. or do they all basically have the same make-up and benefits? I've read that you really need Omega 3's, Omega 6's, and GLA in the diet .. and I know I don't get adequate amounts.
If anyone is using these .. could you tell me which one you're using, and if you've noticed any benefits from taking it?
