Hey everyone, I have a question about Fitday. When entering in your activities for the day, is there a way you can manually enter in your workout and the number of calories burned? Or do you have to use their generalized workouts?
I don't know if you're asking about the online program or software. I have Fitday version 1 software and to "manually enter in your workout and the number of calories burned" - go to the 'activity log' and create a 'new custom'.
