Fit for Saturday

Hi everyone,

How is everyone doing today? It's rainy here yuck. I have a dentist and facial appt in one hour. Did kickboxing class today. Did not end up working out last night fell asleep but . . . ready and rearing for a new week and a better one at that.

Where are you all today, thought I would be late to post? I hope that means you are all doing something fun!

I'm here! It's a beautiful day today and DH and I are probably going to be doing some yard work! we stopped the landscape company a few months ago and need to trim all the bushes and cut back the long grass/cat tail bushes (not exactly sure what they are called).

Will have some breakfast here in a few... probably scrammbled eggs... Workout is done... did the Cardio/legs premix from DrillMax! I just got DM so was excited to do something from it!

So, fun apparently is all relative! lol!!! at least it's productive!

Hope you enjoy your facial and dentist gives you a gold star (rather than a gold tooth!)!

Hi ladies! Happy saturday! Today was a gorgeous day here in Fort Lauderdale Florida. I went out to my moms and laid by the pool for the day. I actually slept in this morning till 7 (yest that is sleeping in for me) and it felt really good! I was supposed to have my cheat meal tonight but my hubby won't be home b/c he got stuck working so I will have it tomorrow. No workouts today. I usually take off saturday and sunday but i may get up tomorrow morning and workout but we shall see how that goes. Hope everyone had a great saturday and is enjoying their weekend.
