Fit Day

Okay so now that I have begun to exercise and should get the OFFICIAL clearance from my doc tomorrow, I am going to start using the Fit Day software I bought. It looks quite involved. I hope I have the time and patience to figure it out! I hope it's worth it!


Any tips on using it? What are it's best features? Any part of it that is not worth using?

(I am using the CD version)

I am using the internet version. I realize didn't give you much help but if it's anything like the version I'm using it's very user friendly.

Hi Wendy,

Joey is so cute!

I've used the online version and like it. Setting up took time but once all the foods you tend to eat are there it takes no time at all.
I was curious to know how much does the CD version cost?
