February 2011 no sugar challenge

I have gotten pretty much everything in my diet under control except the sugar. These sugar cravings then lead to eating too much sugar and not being able to lose the weight I need to. So I am setting a goal for the month of February to help me give up sugar and to cut the cravings. I am going to be cutting out all refined sugar for the rest of February and trying to replace eating fruit all the time with eating more veggies. I will also be trying to keep my natural sugar consumption low as well. Starting right now until February 28th I am on a sugar detox!
