I was discussing with friends the other day, that everytime I lay on my tummy on the (stupid) stability ball, I feel like I'm giving myself the Heimlich! Just feels like my innards are being smashed and it's uncomfortable to breathe. Anyone else have this?
Also, I've been using my one ankle weight (adjustable 10 lber) and switching it for Legs and Glutes. It's a pain. What ankle weights do you all like? I'd love to get those sandfilled ones but is it better to get adjustable. The sandfilled looks and feels much cooler! Do you think I'd ever need to go up past 3 pounds for the workout?
