Gooooooood morning clean-eating ladies! I'm just working thru my nightly bout of insomnia. I've been up since 3. I can usually conk out again around 5.
Workout will be UB weights - not sure what. And prob. not til after the girls go to bed tonight unless I can sneak it in while Isabel naps...
b - cereal, HC apple slices
l - leftover chili & corn bread, grapes
d - chicken, potatoes - just not sure wxactly how I'm going to prepare them.
not sure on snacks, but when am I ever??
