I'm dog sitting a delightful little Scottie. We had a lovely 4 mile run this morning (including some sprinklers at the park). I was stretching afterward. I've never done downward facing dog with an actual dog around: I got myself a nice wet lick in the face.
Canine Yoga Enhancement! I had a cat, my dear departed Murphy, who used to climb actually into my oversize t-shirt when I did down-dog. It made it a challenge to maintain focus I must say.....I loved that cat.
That is just toooo darned cute!! On the rare occassions that I do yoga, my Bichon loves to go into puppy-play position when I do downward dog- and yes, slopping kisses are totally part of the deal!!
