Discovery Health National Body Challenge

So this probably sounds like a stupid question but...do you think you can only do this if you need to lose weight? I would like to participate just for fun but I don't have any weight to lose!

Edited to add: Well I went and spent some time looking at the site and signed up! If nothing else I will be interested to find out about the meals and recommended workouts etc.

What a great site. I just signed up for the challenge. This is just what I need to get going in the new year.

Ok, I registered too. I need to lose 10 lbs. the meal plans, that is what I am most looking forward too!!

That is neat that they give you the gram breakdown of the macronutrients. Suprised me too, protein being so high up there. Usually they don't give you much of that.

It is so funny how all these programs are the same though. I was thinking of doing BFL and it is essentially the same breakdown! Once you've seen a few of them you have seen them all, huh? I still checked it out for fun. I will never make most of those recipes though. Can't imagine whipping up strawberry crepes at work at 8am.......:)

FYI: for any veggies thinking about this

I signed up for this, and checked "delete" for all the animal products, then was given a menu that contained chicked, turkey, fish, beef.... obviously something is not right here!

Well they must be having problems with their site. I still can't get past let's get started. It just hangs! I've been able to peruse the main page etc. but haven't gotten to menus or anything else you guys are talking about!

Okay, I finally got in! This is a neat site - they've got a little bit of everything for everyone!
 
Thanks Seabush :) I have a friend I'm trying to get to workout, instead of just trying to lose weight without exercise. Maybe this will do the trick for her!
