Dinner problems

Does anyone have some good recipes. I've been eating healthy and working out for about 2 yrs now. I've done the lowfat diet for a long time now. I'm wanting to build a little more muscle tone to my arms and legs so I need to eat a little less carbs and more meat. Is wheat bread ok? Oh and what are some good snacks.
