Just wondering if it was possible to create a diet journal or recipe book for the Cathe followers? There are some workout systems that can be purchased that come along with a diary of what is recomminded to eat during breakfast, lunch and dinner and the healthy snacks in between. I would love to learn of your insight because I have been trying to eat right and clean, but can't get my hands on a type of diet that I would like to follow. Just wondering if this might be something you would concider working on.

Hi Melanie! Thank you for the kind words. I actually don't go into heavy diet/food plan discussions here because I believe specifics should be left in the hands of nutrition and dietician experts. I keep my information on nutrition rather basic and within the general guidelines as it applies to fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Food plans work best when they are customized per individual. To find a nutrition plan that really works for you, I suggest seeing a registered dietician and have them evaluate your lifestyle and health records. They are trained experts who can assist you in making sure your food intake is not only nutritionally balanced but also compliments your genetic make up and active lifestyle.

I have two questions regarding this subject for you. First, how would you suggest to find the best registered dietician/nutritionalist in the area you live in? Also, a lot of us cannot afford the luxury of paying for a registered dietician/nutritionalist. What would you suggest then? Thanks in advance!

Also, thank you so much for all the awesome workouts you provide all of us! I have been working out for over 24 years now, and I am in the BEST shape I have ever been in since I found your DVD's over two year ago!!! You are truly the BEST!!!
