Desperate!!

I am about to teach my first class, it is a boot camp style class, and after doing the lesson plan discovered that I am too out of shape to do it right. I have 3 weeks to kick it into high gear. Can you please help me prepare? These are the videos that I have:

I would recommend starting with what you are capable of and adding on a bit more each week, pushing the envelope so to speak. You can do it! It is better to err on the side of caution so you and your class can increase intensity together and get more fit and more intense as you get to know each other! Good luck and keep us posted!
