Jes! I've missed this post while we've both been gone! Thanks for reviving it! :)

M1: 1/3c oatmeal, 2/3 c blueberries, 4 oz vanilla soymilk, 4 egg whites, 1/3 of a yolk

M2: Salmon and Garbanzo in ww pita, BIG salad with homemade honey mustard

Snack: GeniSoy bar (after my workout I was really hungry and needed something FAST)

M3: ww low-carb roll up pizza with low-fat cheese and lots of veggies

M4: grilled chicken breast, 3/4 cup sweet potato, 1/2 c zucchini

Snack: 1/2 c peaches, 1/2 serving GeniSoy protein powder, and 3 T unsweetened grape juice (great minds think alike, eh? :9
