CoffeyFit Raw-"Burn & Bands"= 52 min. It is 5 rounds of 3 exercises..she repeats each round a
second time....each round is low impact cardio using egg weights (no boxing). lower body move with either
a fabric loop or firewalker loop, and upper body move with tubing. WOW! That sounds like a very thorough comprehensive workout. Is that one on YT? Love the sounds of that one. Awesome workout today
