Good Wednesday Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of: Lite Stacked Lower Body - I didn't do that last 4 sets as I got bored with the repeats. That was 30 minutes. I added on an ICE Blizzard Blast for Kickboxing (14 minutes) and biceps from Pyramid Pump (is that from Lite too?). Now, to stretch.

Great workouts yesterday Nora, even if you didn't have time for everything. Another great effort put in by your too Annette.

Linda - So exciting to see you checking in. Am I overreacting? Non! Thank you for saying hi and we hope to see you soon (no pressure). I hope you are doing all right.

Hi ladies,

Today was Hard Strikes cardio and stretch (ok I did just a tad of the shoulder move at the beginning because I couldn't find the pause button on the controller), ended up being around 36 min.

Now I am going to lay in the sun!!

Ok, got a little bit done today……

YT- Redwoods - cardio drumming - 20 min.
CrossRope App- Ropeless Jump Rope Low Impact Workout-Day 1 - 11 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. Rowing & Upper Body Circuit workout
