Another great combo yesterday, Nora, with
LMRE2 - HiiT Fusion = 29 Min
LITE- Metabolic Blast - Timesaver #3 No Metabolic floor= 31 Min.

Today's workout:

CoffeyFit Raw- " Mega Mix 2" - 40 min. This is a fun workout, alternating Kettlebell, Egg Weights Boxing,
Upper Body with Tubing and Lower Body with a Loop. With this one, you never get bored!

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of LMR2 Cardio Fusion (?) for 30 minutes, my own 10 minute warm-up and a 10 minute YT LeoMoves bodyweight/core workout. I worked out on Monday and Tuesday but didn't get a chance to post. I think I did a Cathe Live for upper body/cardio workout one day and a KB workout from YT.

Toronto has wakened to an overnight snow storm. It should melt as it only -2 degrees here.

WTG with your a.m. workout, Linda!

Good morning Siobhan, great workout time this AM with LMR2 Cardio Fusion for 30 minutes, with your own 10 minute warm-up and a 10 minute YT LeoMoves bodyweight/core workout. Sounds like a winner!
 
Today I did a CDORNER Upper body weights with kickboxing intervals. It was 50 minutes. I have never done her weight workout before, and it wasn't easy. Plus I had done chest and triceps yesterday so more today was tough. But I got a workout in.

Now I need to run get my blood drawn.

Annette, that sounds like a fun workout- CDORNER Upper body weights with kickboxing intervals, - 50 minutes. I don’t believe I have ever done any of her weight workouts either, just a few step workouts.
