Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did LMR2 Total Body (about 50 minutes). It was tough because I went too heavy at times. These workouts really work your brain as there is so much going on at once. I liked it.

Linda - I'm guessing internet troubles today?
Annette - WTG with your gym workout!
Nora - I'm inspired by your review on LMR2 kickboxing. I might try it (I tend to avoid Kickboxing workouts)

Blender- “Total Body: Weights & Plates” - 23 min.
YT- Earth & Owl- 15 min. RL Jump Rope “Creative Weights & Low Impact Cardio”
Rebounder workout
YT- Earth & Owl- 4 min. Standing Rebounder Stretch

Siobhan!!! You don't like cardio kickboxing?!?? It is the most modifiable of any cardio out there!! You need to give it another try.

So today I did Jamie McKagan's newest Cardio Kickboxing workout which was a no repeat 43 minute workout. I liked it.

Nice workouts ladies.

Linda, we hardly ever lose power where we live but one Sunday morning some years ago a squirrel fried itself on the transformer across the street. We could see the charred body of the poor squirrel. Because it was a Sunday, it took them like 3 or more hours to get it fixed. Mostly, our lights will flicker but never go out for any length of time.

Annette, thank the Lord I had power, just landline & DSL internet was out, although internet would work now & again. My cell is just a phone, no internet, etc., thank goodness I had that. Great workout with Jamie McKagan's newest Cardio Kickboxing (no repeat) workout for 43 minute workout.

LMR2 Total Body (about 50 minutes). It was tough because I went too heavy at times- Its always hard to gauge weights on a new workout as to whether to go heavier or lighter than Cathe & crew. Love reading your comments on LMRE2 as you do individual workouts and comment on them.
