Annette- You made me laugh at the beginning of your post, too funny. It's goo you listened to your body and avoided weights today. Great job on today's workouts with:
Taebo Express (10 min mix & match workouts) Boot Camp Power (tough, did 6 Min) & Kick Express & Concluded with Combo Express = 28 Min of Taebo Express workouts. Ooh that sounds so fun!! I have that dvd butWell, today my back is hurting so I am not doing weights today (I know it's a shocker and you just had to pick yourself or your jaw off the floor.. ....) but I need to listen to my body for once,LOL.
So I did 2.5 Taebo Express's I tried the Boot Camp Power because I had never done it or not in a very very long time. And I found out why.. it was hard!! I only managed half so 6 minutes in I switched to the Kick Express and then finished with Combo Express so all in all 28 minutes of Taebo Express workouts.
haven't used it yet. I will definitely put it in the rotation, it's time to revisit Billy, thanks for inspiring me. Double high fives on choosing to skip weights today and enjoy some Taebo Express workouts instead. I hope your back feels better tomorrow. Have blessed & restful evening
